锰矿选矿设备工作原理

锰矿选矿设备属于一种重力分选设备,根据锰矿物与脉石的比重不同,在同一介质中的沉降速度不同来将锰矿物与脉石分开。锰矿比重大在介质中沉降速度快,处于物料层的下部空间,而脉石比重小在介质中的沉降速度慢,出于物料层的上层空间,由于比重的差异,上层空间比重小的物料很难透过比重大的物料层进入下部空间,因此就将物料分成上下两个物料层。下层重矿物(锰矿精矿)透过筛网进入精矿槽,上层轻矿物(脉石)进入尾矿槽排出。
Our Manganese upgrading machine is one kind of gravity separation equipment. It works on basic of density difference between manganese ore and gangues. Manganese ore with bigger density will go down to be discharged from the down discharging port while gangues with smaller density will flow together with the water-flows and be discharged from the up discharging port.

锰矿选矿工艺流程
要提高锰矿的品位,需将杂质与锰矿破碎至完全分离,由于选矿设备有一定的入选粒度要求,超出粒度范围会影响设备的分选效果,因此还需要对分选物料进行筛分以满足分选设备的粒度要求。对于水源不充足的场地,需要增加脱水设备来加快水的循环利用。因此整个选矿工艺为 破碎---筛分----选矿--脱水。
Before separating the manganese ore from the impurities to upgrading the manganese ore, much preparation will be needed. Crushing is needed  to liberate the manganese ore from the gangues. Screening for the appropriate feeding size. If water is not enough ,we should need the dewatering screen to recycle water.
